Membership Information
The ASAEH welcomes all membership applications. The Association
also invites visitors and participation of non-members at its meetings and
activities. There are several classifications of membership in the
Association: Associate member, Annual member, Institutional member, and Life
member.
MEMBER BENEFITS:
-The opportunity to win the
Richard Grove Prize by submitting the nominated essay in JSAEH.
-A forum for presenting,
publishing, and promoting your research on environmental history.
-Members may receive assistance
with projects and publications germane to the ASAEH mission.
-Members receive newsletters
and/or email notifications about ASAEH activities and events.
-Become part of something much
greater historically than yourself - for the sake of posterity and the
deceased.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS - receive newsletters and/or email notifications by ASAEH. |

ANNUAL MEMBERS - receive the same as Associate Members. However, Annual Members receive the annual Journal of South Asian Environmental History, and they have full voting rights in the Association of South Asian Environmental Historians. |

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERS - such as colleges, universities, and libraries are included in this category. Institutional Members have no voting rights, but current members are listed in Journal of South Asian Environmental History. |

LIFE MEMBERS - receive the same benefits as Annual Members for a lifetime. |
